This project is designed much like house Bazoviška, our earlier project. Located in the old town of Koper, the apartment is planned in three floors, where is one of them attic floor with the exit to the roof terrace. Here it was also about the reconstruction and only the peripheral walls were preserved for the project starting point, so we had a free approach for the reorganisation of the entire space.

We designed two apartments suitable for two families and they have everything for work as a house. Each has a bright living room, bedrooms, bathrooms and exit to the terrace to enjoy the summer evenings. We completely renovated the building, however we maintained the original external appearance.
