The apartment is located in an old townhouse of Piran. High ceilings and small rooms are therefore to be expected.

With the renovation the main goal was to open up the space and use height to create more floor space. Since the client uses the apartment as a vacation home, his wish was a spacious living area and separate bedrooms with as much sleeping capacities as possible. Bathroom and toilet is in the middle of the space (the two have the least need for natural light), the two bedrooms each with two master beds are right beside it. In each room one of the beds is lifted right under the ceiling so a bit of privacy is assured. The living/dining/kitchen area is the largest room of all, very bright and with a beautiful sea view.
