The client's wish was to modernise the interior of the apartment building in a seaside town. Since the apartment is located on the highest floor, beautiful view of the sea opens from the glazed terrace. With a smaller reorganisation of the interior walls, we gained a new space, which would serve as a studio or a guest room.

We have enlarged the main bedroom, renovated the bathrooms and designed a modern kitchen. The living space was enriched with a spacious dining table and sofa with views were directed towards the sea. We could not avoid the existing corridor, so we used it as a storage space.
