The building consists of two separate units, one for a couple and one for their guests. The living spaces are oriented towards the pool and the seaside view at the back. The shaded terraces have a well equipped summer kitchen and work as an extension of the living spaces.

The pool is located on a lower level than the house to naturally follow the landscape properties, to avoid wetting the interiors and the change in level was also designed as a seating area. Through a glazed wardrobe at the upper floor we access the bedroom and bathroom oriented towards the sea view.
