The original house was formerly a two-flat residential with an outer staircase leading to the top apartment entrance. In remodelling the house has been turned into a single-family home with an internal staircase.
The house now has a spacious living area with a double-height ceiling and a new fireplace with the chimney hidden in furniture. The back of the house faces a hill, so this part of the bottom floor is intended as a home gym and sauna with an exit to the small “atrium” garden. The front garden is refreshed, the old swimming pool was left and renewed, the entire façade was additionally insulated and painted in a bright grey, almost white. The top floor is mainly intended as a sleeping area.
