Our client’s wish was to create a music room inside his house. The biggest concern was soundproofing it so his family could still enjoy spending time at home without loud sounds coming out of his room. The important part was to construct a separate room within the original building (or at least as much as space allows) with minimal contact. The same goes with floating floors.

Walls were covered with absorption panels (high-quality acoustic foam), one was covered with sound diffusors that provide excellent scattering properties, resulting in a warm, musical character to the dispersed sound. Floors were carpeted.
