The client owns two neighbour apartments with a very similar floor plan and net floor area and wanted to transform them into two modern and functional student apartments.  Both apartments have high ceilings which made the choice to use the extra height and create additional sleeping space above the living space obvious and desired.

Furniture is custom-made to fit the walls and spaces perfectly and utilize the most space possible. The rest of the details (the staircase, wallpaper, railing, chalk wall in the kitchen etc.) make the apartments fun and playful, appropriate for young students.
